Teachers pay revision takes relatively longer time to implement due to various reasons. Teaching community is divided in various sections like science teacher, music teacher, college teacher, university teacher, technical teacher, nit teacher, iit teacher, iim teacher etc. Different pay committees are set up to suggest pay packages. Disparity has to be maintained betweed different cadres as well as different institutes and organizations.
