UGC notification

UGC has released the REGULATIONS ON MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF TEACHERS AND OTHER ACADEMIC IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES AND MEASURES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION 2009. UGC notification is out and all issues are perhaps resolved.Readers selected on or after 1-1-2006 will get PB IV from the date of selection. Incumbant readers will get PB IV after completion of 3 years requirement. Directly recruited Associate Professors shall get PB IV from date of appointment.
