This is unfair: Says Sibal to IIT Faculty

Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Kapil Sibal disapproved the method and modes of protest(hunger strike) by the IIT & IIM faculty. He said that revised pay structure is not unfair by any means. He requested the IIT faculty to re-examine their stand on protesting the pay structure and eligibilty conditions for entry and promotion in faculty. he said that the pay system has to be regulated and there have to be some eligibility condition for entry and promotion in faculty.
